About Us

Mark Cowley has more than twenty five years’ experience in architecture design. He has extensive experience in working on planning applications, detailed designs, project management and interior schemes for a large number of high value and complex properties in Sutton Coldfield, the West Midlands and London. These include the construction of a new build Code for Sustainable Home Level 4 house in Chelsea, the complete renovation of a large country property in Stratford upon Avon and the extensive redesign and refurbishment of a number of London townhouses.

Renowned in particular for his sustainability expertise, Mark was accepted as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2008 and is a visiting construction design tutor and mentor at their School of Architecture. He is also a regular visiting critique at Birmingham School of Architecture from which he graduated, with the first of his four architectural qualifications, in 1997.

When not at work, Mark is a keen tennis player and enjoys all racket sports, running, golf, music and hill walking.
